做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
