做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
