做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
