做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
