做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
