做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
