做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
