做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
