做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
