做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
