做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
