做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
