做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
