做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
