做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
