做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
