做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
