做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
