做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
