做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
