做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
