做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
