做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
