做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
