做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
