做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
