做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
