做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
