做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
