做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
