做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
