做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
