做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
