做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
