做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
