做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
