做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
