做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
