做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
