做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
