做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
