做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
