做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
