做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
