做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
