做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
