做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
