做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
