做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
