做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
